Fast Fat Loss Diet Tip: Junk Food.

If you've been having trouble losing weight, junk food may be one of the problems. However, there may be things in your kitchen that you didn't even know were junk food. Here are some fast fat loss diet tips on junk food and finding replacements.

If your kitchen is filled with junk food rather than whole unprocessed natural food, then you may have trouble losing weight. In fact, half of the stuff you have could be junk food that you thought was "healthy."

First, here are some obvious sources of junk food: sugary cereals (like kid's cereal), cake, candy, chips, sodas, or syrupy juices.

Now, a lot of this stuff is not only making it hard for you to lose weight, but it also is a bit unhealthy. The hardest thing for a lot of people is giving up foods that they like because these foods taste good. I'm sure everyone has tried a "health" food and found that it tasted like cardboard. There's really no getting around avoiding junk food though, so let's figure out what we can do that still tastes good.

Remember, junk food might taste good, but it doesn't make you feel good. I'm going to show you some replacement foods that will make you feel better overall. Not to mention that you'll feel much better when you realize that you can now enjoy a better body. So, let's get on with the fast fat loss diet tips.

Do you find that you need a lot of sugar in your drinks? Do you put of lot of sugar or sweetener in your coffee or tea? If you now is the time to get used to unsweetened versions. Reduce the amount of sugar slowly and gradually to help you get used to it. Once you get used to it, going back might even make you sick because it is so sweet!

I've lost a taste for fast-food as well. Eat it much less often (like maybe just on long trips), and eventually it will taste more and more like fake junk food. We're going to avoid foods with excessive salts, sugars, and artificial flavors.

Here are some examples of food to avoid: a chocolate candy bar, a chocolate doughnut, or chocolate cake.

Replace those with: extra dark chocolate (70% or more cocoa) since it is much more healthy and has less sugar. Plus it has extra fiber.

Avoid: deep fried and breaded chicken fingers, plus side orders of fries.

Replace with: grilled chicken breast strips with maybe a peanut dipping sauce with some vegetables on the side.

Avoid: fast-food burgers on white buns

Replace with: burgers from higher quality restaurants such as a grass-fed burger (which is higher in CLA and omega-3 fats) with raw grass-fed cheese on a sprouted roll.

The point of all of this is that if you get yourself used to eating better and more healthy foods, you will eventually start to prefer the taste of "real" food over junk food. Plus, you'll feel better and start to look better. Sounds like a worthy trade-off to me. The first step towards fast fat loss is eating better foods.
